Today, on International Women’s Day, we join the world in celebrating the achievements and contributions of women in various fields and sectors. We are extremely proud to have women on our team at SupaLite. They continuously bring their skills, talents, and perspectives to our work.
Five years ago, women represented 16% of our workforce. We have made some progress since then, and we now employ women that make up 23% of our workforce. However, we are under no illusions that this is still a massive underrepresentation of society.
Our team recognise that there are business areas where only men are employed, such as manufacturing and driving. We aim to change this situation and have women and those who identify as women represented throughout the business by International Women’s Day in 2027.
