What is Your Job Title and Job Role?
As the Production Supervisor, I oversee the day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I work closely with the production team to ensure each product we manufacture meets our high standards.
How Long Have You Been Working at SupaLite?
I joined SupaLite in early 2020, nearly five years ago. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how much I’ve grown within the company from my first day.
What Do You Enjoy Most About Your Role?
I love that every day is different and there are lots of opportunities. I’m always ready to tackle new challenges, and I get to work alongside a talented team.
What’s Your Best Achievement So Far at SupaLite?
My biggest achievement is definitely becoming a supervisor. It shows how hard work and dedication can really pay off. Being promoted to this position made me feel incredibly proud – not only because of the trust SupaLite placed in me but also because I could see the positive impact I was having on the team.
What’s Your Favourite Work Memory?
Going on a work trip for the Fit Show with our Technical Director, Alan. This was not only an opportunity to represent SupaLite at a major industry event, it also gave me a deeper understanding of our products and the fenestration market.
