Project Overview
When Mr and Mrs Poynter, from Benfleet, Essex, noticed their old uPVC glass conservatory roof wasn’t performing as it should, they knew it was time for an upgrade. Their north-facing conservatory was unbearably cold in the winter due to poor thermal efficiency, and in the summer, it failed to retain warmth, making the space uncomfortable all year round.
Beyond the temperature issues, the outdated glass roof was noisy and inefficient, turning what should have been a relaxing space into an unused part of their home. Determined to transform their conservatory into a functional, all-season space, the couple sought a solution that would enhance comfort, improve energy efficiency, and add style.
